The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you (or the organization you represent) and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("Sunil Consulting", "we", "us"), which operates Cloud Stack. By creating an account or using Cloud Stack, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Cloud Stack for an organization, you confirm you're authorized to accept these terms for it.
The service
Cloud Stack researches markets, generates location-specific web pages, checks them, and deploys them to cloud storage accounts you connect. We may change, add or remove features over time. If a change materially reduces what your paid plan includes, we'll give you reasonable notice.
Accounts
- You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure.
- You're responsible for activity under your account, including by anyone you give access to.
- You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.
Plans and billing
- Cloud Stack offers a Free plan and paid plans, with limits on clients, campaigns, pages per month and parallel runs, as shown on our pricing page and in the app.
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Pages count toward your monthly budget when they're generated, including retries and regenerations.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise [CONFIRM REFUND POLICY].
- We may change prices with at least [30] days' notice, effective from your next billing period.
Your keys and third-party services
Cloud Stack runs using API keys and cloud accounts that you provide, such as AI providers, search-data providers, Google Places and cloud storage. You're responsible for:
- having the right to use those keys and accounts,
- all charges those providers bill you, and
- following their terms and usage policies.
We aren't responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their charges.
Your content
- You own your content, including the business data you add and the pages Cloud Stack generates for you, to the extent the law allows.
- You give us permission to store, process and transmit your content only as needed to provide and support the service.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of business information you add, such as phone numbers, licences, service areas, claims and offers, and for having the right to use any images or data you upload.
AI-generated content
Pages are created with AI and automated research. Our quality checks reduce errors but can't eliminate them. You should review content before relying on it, especially claims about pricing, licensing, insurance, safety or legal matters. You're responsible for the content you publish.
We don't guarantee any search ranking, traffic or business result.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Cloud Stack to:
- create pages for businesses you aren't authorized to represent, or impersonate any person or business;
- publish false, misleading, defamatory or unlawful content, including fake reviews or made-up credentials;
- create spam or doorway pages for locations a business doesn't actually serve;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
- break into, overload, reverse engineer or abuse the service or other users' data; or
- resell or provide the service to others except as your plan allows.
Our property
Cloud Stack, including its software, design, prompts, pipeline and brand, belongs to us and our licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Cloud Stack and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if your payment fails, or if needed to protect the service or other users. Where reasonable, we'll give notice first. After termination, we delete your account data as described in the Privacy Policy. Pages already deployed to your own cloud accounts stay under your control.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or rankings. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content or your breach of these terms.
General
